摘要
为探讨职校生专业认同、核心自我评价与未来取向的关系,采用专业认同量表、未来取向量表和核心自我评价量表对403名职校生进行问卷调查。结果发现:①职校生核心自我评价、专业认同与未来取向之间存在显著正相关;②核心自我评价在职校生专业认同和未来取向之间起部分中介作用。
In order to explore the relationship between professional identity,core self-evaluation and future orientation of vocational school students,403 vocational school students were surveyed with Professional Identity Scale,Future Orientation Scale and Core Selfevaluation Scale.The results show that:(1)there is a significant positive correlation between core self-evaluation,professional identity and future orientation;(2)core self-evaluation plays an intermediary role between professional identity and future orientation.
