学前高职生专业认同感与学习投入的关系:未来取向的中介作用

摘要 良好的专业认同感是学生面对学习困境时重要的心理资源。本研究以255名学前高职生为研究对象,采用专业认同感问卷、学习投入量表和未来取向量表,考察学前高职生专业认同感对学习投入的影响及未来取向的中介效应,结果显示专业认同感与学习投入、未来取向均呈显著正相关;未来取向在专业认同感和学习投入中起部分中介作用。因此政府、学校和家庭应该为高职生提供良好的学习环境、培养学生积极的未来取向,全面提升学生专业认同感。 A good sense of professional identity is an important psychological resource for students to face the difficulties of learning and future development. In this study, 255 preschool vocational college students were taken as the research object, and the professional identity questionnaire, study engagement scale and future orientation scale were used to investigate the influence of preschool vocational college students’ professional identity on study engagement and the mediating effect of future orientation. The results showed that the professional identity and its dimensions were significantly positively correlated with study engagement and future orientation. Future orientation plays a part of intermediary role in professional identity and study engagement. Therefore, the government, schools and families should provide a good learning environment for higher vocational students, cultivate their positive future orientation, and comprehensively enhance their professional identity.
