摘要 为更好地了解ZY8640/2550/5500型液压支架立柱在受载时各点处的应变情况,建立了该立柱的受载模型,并利用SolidWorks建立其三维模型,利用Workbench软件进行模拟仿真,得到立柱在1.5倍额定载荷下各缸体的应变值。在液压立柱试验台上进行试验,验证仿真结果的正确性。由仿真和试验得出立柱在受载时二级缸的形变量大于一级缸,形变百分比达到0.0121%。因此在立柱设计中,二级缸应采用硬度更高、材质更好的材料。 In order to better understand the strain situation at various points of ZY8640/2550/5500 hydraulic support column under load,the load model of the column was established,and the three-dimensional model was established by using SolidWorks,and the Workbench software was used to simulate and obtain the strain value of each cylinder under 1.5 times the rated load.Experiment was done on the hydraulic column test bench to verify the correctness of the simulation results.From the simulation and experiment,it was concluded that the deformation of the secondary cylinder when the column is loaded is greater than that of the primary cylinder and the deformation percentage reaches0.0121%.Therefore,in the design of the column,the secondary cylinder should use a material with higher hardness and better material quality.
