摘要
为了研究在不同的冲击参数作用下液压支柱受到冲击荷载时内部流场的变化情况,从而为单体液压支柱冲击试验的冲击参数选择提供理论支持,用动力学波动方程对立柱的内部压力进行了分析。从参数相关性入手,分别在同动量与同重力势能的前提下,调整各个参数,分别进行计算。对比同冲量及同重力势能条件下的落锤冲击结果。发现在落锤重量相差8倍的前提下,同重力势能条件下,立柱压缩量差距为9 mm。同冲量下,立柱压缩量差距为42 mm,在冲击后92 ms时,同冲量冲击下立柱反弹后压缩量相等。
For studying the internal pressure of single hydraulic prop under axial impact loading, as a support for impact experiment, a dynamic model for the DWX single hydraulic prop under axial impact loading was established under different parameter with the same momentum or kinetic energy of axial impact loading. Results have been compared. It's easy to see that, the length decrements of props under different parameters with the same gravitational difference is 42 mm for length decrements of props momentum, props have the same spring back length at 92 potential energy have 9 mm difference.
