摘要
结合动态方程建立了某液压系统压力波动、冲击测试的数学模型,运用节点容腔法及MATLAB中的SIMULINK模块,建立了液压系统压力波动、冲击测试的仿真模型,并对仿真曲线进行分析,考察了油液压力随时间变化的规律及系统的稳定情况。通过改变相关参数,修正仿真模型,得到了系统压力波动、冲击测试随转速及外加负载变化的基本规律。
A mathematic model for measuring the pressure fluctuation and impact of hydraulic system was built based on dynamic equations. Using the chamber method, the simulation model was established with the SIMULINK in MATLAB, the simulation curve was analyzed, the steady state of the system and the law of the oil pressure changed with time were investgate. Through changing the related parameters and modifying the simulation model, the law of the system pressure fluctuation and impact changed with loacl and rotate speed was got.
