摘要
基于液压支架的结构组成,分别构建液压支架顶梁的三维模型和有限元模型,并以此为基础,通过ANSYS有限元分析软件,从顶梁端载试验、顶梁偏载试验、顶梁扭转试验以及顶梁集中载荷试验四个角度对液压支架顶梁强度进行有限元分析,进而指出当前液压支架顶梁结构中存在的不足,提出针对性改进方案,最后将改进方案应用于工程实践,检验改进方案的有效性。
Based on the structural composition of the hydraulic support,the three-dimensional model and finite element model of the top beam of the hydraulic support are constructed respectively,and based on this,the finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to analyze the strength of the top beam of the hydraulic support from four perspectives:end load test of the top beam,deflection load test of the top beam,torsion test of the top beam and concentrated load test of the top beam,and then point out the shortcomings of the current structure of the top beam of the hydraulic support.Finally,the improvement scheme was applied to engineering practice to test the effectiveness of the improvement scheme.
