摘要
为了优化提升煤层掘进机的整机性能,基于煤层掘进机的特点,根据煤层掘进机动力性能,分别从升降切割、回转切割、爬坡行走以及整机支撑4个角度进行模型构建,通过ANSYS软件实施煤层掘进机关键部件的有限元分析。根据分析结果合理提出设计优化方案,并将优化后设计方案应用于工程实践,旨在为后续煤层掘进机关键部件结构设计优化提供理论参考。
In order to optimize and improve the overall performance of coal seam roadheader, based on the characteristics of coal seam roadheader, the model was constructed from four perspectives of lifting and cutting, rotary cutting, climbing and walking, and overall machine support respectively according to the dynamic performance of coal seam roadheader, and the finite element analysis of key components of coal seam roadheader was implemented by ANSYS software. The optimized design was applied to engineering practice,aiming to provide theoretical reference for the structural design optimization of key components of coal seam tunneling machines in the future.
