摘要
以ZY17500型大采高液压支架关键部件为研究对象,基于ANSYS Workbench分析其在恶劣工况下结构强度。计算结果显示,液压支架的顶梁与底座最大应力均未超过材料的屈服强度,但结构中存在应力集中的点,根据实际结构提出了针对液压支架结构设计的两项改进建议,为大采高液压支架结构的设计与优化提供理论参考。
The key components of ZY17500 large mining high hydraulic support are taken as the research object,and the structural strength is analyzed under bad working conditions based on ANSYS Workbench.The results show that the maximum stress of the top beam and the base of the hydraulic support does not exceed the yield strength of the material,but there is a point of stress concentration in the structure.This study provides theory reference for its design and optimization.
