摘要
提高液压支架中顶梁的结构强度,是当前保证液压支架高效安全运行的关键因素。分析ZFS8000型矿用液压支架及顶梁的结构特点,采用有限元分析方法,分析顶梁在不同工况下的结构性能特点,得出顶梁的柱窝及中部筋板是整个结构的薄弱部位,重点从材料属性、结构尺寸、热处理等方面行了顶梁的结构优化改进,对提高顶梁的使用寿命及液压支架的工作安全具有重要意义。
Improving the structural strength of the top beam in the hydraulic support is the key factor to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the hydraulic support. Therefore,the structural characteristics of ZFS8000 mining hydraulic support and top beam are analyzed in this paper;and the finite element analysis method is used to analyze the structural performance characteristics of the top beam under different working conditions. It is concluded that the pillar socket and the middle rib plate of the top beam are the weak parts of the whole structure,which need to focus on structural optimization and improvement. The structure of the top beam is optimized and improved from the aspects of material properties,structural dimensions and heat treatment,which is of great significance to improve the service life of the top beam and the work safety of the hydraulic support.
