摘要
针对液压支架在调整的过程中存在着调整效率低、控制不稳定的问题,设计了液压支架电液自动化控制系统。该系统采用PLC作为系统的核心,在每个液压支架上配置独立的控制单元,实现对液压支架的单机控制及联动控制,并采用CAN总线的形式进行数据通信,降低电缆的使用量及故障概率,提高控制系统的稳定性,保证煤矿的高效开采。
For the problem of low adjustment efficiency and unstable control in the process of hydraulic bracket adjustment,the electro-hydraulic automatic control system of hydraulic bracket is designed.PLC is adopted as the core of the control system,and independent control units are configured on each hydraulic bracket to realize stand-alone control and linkage control of the hydraulic bracket.The system adopts the form of CAN bus data communication to reduce the use of cables and the probability of failure,improve the stability of the control system,and ensure the efficient mining of the coal mine.
