摘要
针对目前液压支架组调节速度慢、稳定性差的问题,提出了一种新的煤矿井下液压支架组智能控制系统。该系统具有人机交互、声光报警、智能控制等功能,可实现液压支架组的智能调节和控制。根据实际应用表明,新的支架组智能控制系统能够将井下因支架调节失误导致的异常概率降低90%以上,显著提升了井下综采作业的安全性和效率。
In view of the problems of slow adjustment speed and poor stability of hydraulic support group at present,a new intelligent control system of hydraulic support group in coal mine is proposed.The system has the functions of human-computer interaction,acousto-optic alarm and intelligent control.According to the practical application,the new intelligent control system can reduce the abnormal probability of underground support adjustment by more than 96%,which significantly improves the safety and efficiency of fully mechanized mining operation.
