摘要
煤矿设备智能化发展是中国煤炭工业技术前进的必经之路。液压支架作为矿井安全生产的关键保障,其持续、高效、安全地运行对综采面作业的有效开展具有重要意义。针对液压支架在推移过程中需要现场人工控制进行调整,及时纠正误差的问题,以纳林河二号煤矿 3-1 上 102 工作面液压支架为研究对象,基于液压支架的电液自动控制技术,提出了一种液压支架远程控制系统的设计方案,该系统主要由就地控制单元、集中控制单元以及远程控制单元组成,实现了液压支架运行状态的显示、数据分析及远程控制。应用结果表明,该系统控制的实时性良好,数据传输可靠,实现了液压支架远程控制的智能化。
Intelligent development of the coal mining equipment is a necessary path for the advancement of technology in Chinese coal industry.As the key guarantee for mine safety,the continuous,efficient and safe operation of the hydraulic support is of great significance for effective operation on the fully-mechanized mining work face.Since the hydraulic support needs on-site manual control during pushing process so as to timely correct error,the hydraulic support on work face 102 of 3-1 upper of Narim River No.2 coal mine being taken as research object,the design scheme of a hydraulic support remote control system was proposed based on hydraulic support electro-hydraulic automatic control technology.The system mainly consisted of local control part,centralized control part and remote control part,and realized the display of operation status of the hydraulic support,data analysis and remote control.Application results showed the system possessed excellent real-time control ability and reliable data transmission,thus realized the remote control intelligence of the hydraulic support.
