摘要
目前,综采技术是中国煤矿开采普遍采用的技术,其关键设备之一是液压支架。液压支架电控系统是控制液压支架运行的重要系统,主要负责液压支架的升、降和运动。由于煤矿地质条件具有复杂性,液压支架电控系统有时不能很好地服务于开采。为此,需要对液压支架电控系统进行优化改良。分析了液压支架电控系统的组成和功能,探讨了液压支架电控系统的优化改良措施,可以为煤矿综采技术的应用提供更好的参考。
At present,the fully mechanized mining technology is widely used in coal mining in China,and one of its key equipment is hydraulic support.The hydraulic support electronic control system is an important system for controlling the operation of hydraulic supports,mainly responsible for the lifting,lowering and movement of hydraulic supports.Due to the complexity of geological conditions in coal mines,the hydraulic support electrical control system sometimes cannot serve mining well.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize and improve the electronic control system of the hydraulic support.This paper analyzed the composition and function of the hydraulic support electric control system and explored the optimization and improvement measures of the hydraulic support electric control system,which can provide better reference for the application of fully mechanized mining technology in coal mines.
