摘要
基于矿用液压支架的工作原理,构建矿用液压支架掩护梁仿真模型,并以此为基础进行模型分析,指出现有矿用液压支架掩护梁结构中存在的不足,进而提出较为合理的优化方案。将改进后的矿用液压支架应用于工程实际,应用结果表明:该优化方案提升了矿用液压支架掩护梁整体性能和使用安全性,降低了煤矿生产安全事故发生概率,取得理想效果。
Based on the working principle of mining hydraulic bracket, a simulation model of mining hydraulic bracket cover beam is constructed, and based on this model analysis, the shortcomings of the existing mining hydraulic bracket cover beam structure are pointed out, and then a more reasonable optimization plan is proposed. The improved mining hydraulic bracket is applied to engineering practice,and the application results show that the optimisation scheme improves the overall performance and safety of the mining hydraulic bracket cover beam, reduces the probability of coal mine production safety accidents, and the optimisation design achieves the desired effect.
