摘要
海天煤矿工作面连续通过空巷,顶板非常规破断、载荷非均衡分布,偏载作用下支架出现支柱拔断现象,严重影响工作面安全。文章采用理论分析、数值模拟和现场实测方法,研究工作面过空巷顶板结构特征,分析过空巷前后支架载荷变化规律和失稳机理,提出支架合理选型和安全控制技术。研究结果表明:回采中工作面与空巷间煤柱逐渐破坏失去承载能力,顶板发生跨空巷、超前破断,应力向支架和煤壁转移,支架外载合力作用点偏向于顶梁前端,使出现支架偏载拉断后柱现象;支架结构和承载力应适应外载合力作用,选择的ZFY10200/25/42型正四连杆两柱放顶煤液压支架在海天煤矿工业性试验中,前后柱受力较均衡,表现出良好的适应性。
The working face of Haitian Coal Mine passes through the goaf continuously,which is characterized by irregular roof breaking,unbalanced load distribution,and pillar pulling phenomenon of support under partial load,which seriously affects the safety of working face.By means of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field measurement,the roof structure characteristics of working face through goaf are studied,the load variation law and instability mechanism of support before and after goaf are analyzed,and the reasonable selection and safety control technology of support are put forward.The research results show that the coal pillar between working face and goaf gradually loses its bearing capacity,the roof crosses the goaf and breaks in advance,the stress is transferred to the support and the coal wall,and the point of the force of the external load of the support is inclined to the front end of the top beam,which causes the phenomenon of the support partial load pulling the back pillar.The structure and bearing capacity of the support should be suitable for the external load force.The ZFY10200/25/42 positive four-link and two-column hydraulic support for top-coal caving is more balanced in the industrial test of Haitian Coal Mine,showing good adaptability.
