邻空巷道端头顶板下沉机理及控制技术

摘要 针对大佛寺煤矿41211工作面回风顺槽端头顶板下沉严重问题,通过表面位移、采动应力变化规律及顶板离层监测,并采用顶板钻孔窥视方法,分析了邻空巷道端头顶板剧烈下沉的机理,即高应力下老顶超前破断回转为主,浅部围岩碎胀及帮部失稳变形为辅。通过施工高预应力短锚索强化顶板“组合梁”结构,同时控制帮部破碎围岩减小巷道等效跨度,有效减轻了端头顶板下沉,保证综采工作面安全回采。 In order to solve the serious problem of roof sinking at the end of the 41211 working face in Dafosi coal mine,the surface displacement,the variation law of mining stress and the monitoring of roof abscission layer were adopted,and the roof bore-hole peeking method was adopted,the mechanism of severe roof subsidence at the end of adjacent goaf roadway is analyzed,that is,under high stress,the main breaking and turning of main roof in advance,the minor breaking and swelling of shallow surrounding rock and the instability deformation of side are secondary.The roof"composite beam"structure is strengthened by constructing high pre-stressed short anchor cable,and the equivalent span of roadway is reduced by controlling the broken wall rock of the side wall,which effectively reduces the roof subsidence of the end head and ensures the safe mining of the fully mechanized coal face.
