摘要
由于综采放顶煤工作面的支护面积比较大,需要支护强度达到一定的程度才能支撑住全部的重量,所以一般都会选择不在两端头放顶煤或者放少量的顶煤。主要原因是设备前、后都有传动机头,所占用的空间较大,放的顶煤量过多,会导致两端头的维护难度加大,一旦操作不得当,不但会造成环境污染和煤炭资源的浪费,严重时可能会使煤炭自燃,威胁人们的生命安全。从这个层面上来讲,在综采放顶煤工作面两端头支护放顶煤具有很高的安全性和先进性,能够大大提升工作的效率以及减少浪费。本文通过分析综采放顶煤工作面端头支护技术的发展现状和存在的问题,对端头的结构模型进行分析并提出支架改造方案,为提高综采放顶煤工作面回收率不断努力。
Because the support area of the fully mechanized caving face is large,and the support strength needs to reach a certain degree to support the whole weight,so generally,it will choose not to top coal at both ends or a small amount of top coal.The main reason is that there are transmission heads in front and back of the equipment,which occupy a large space and put too much top coal,which will make the maintenance of both ends more difficult.If the operation is not proper,it will not only cause environmental pollution and waste of coal resources,but also cause coal spontaneous combustion and threaten people’s life safety.From this level,the top coal caving support at both ends of fully mechanized top coal caving face has high safety and advanced nature,which can greatly enhance the efficiency of work and reduce waste.In this paper,through the analysis of the development status and existing problems of the end support technology in the fully mechanized top coal caving face,the structural model of the end is analyzed and the support transformation scheme is proposed,so as to make instant efforts to improve the recovery rate of the fully mechanized top coal caving face.
