摘要
下肢软组织损伤的评估及妥善处理至关重要,如治疗不当可导致严重并发症,应予以高度重视。临床上首先应对下肢软组织损伤的患者进行全身评估,再进一步对损伤局部进行检查。下肢软组织损伤的机制与临床表现多样,需结合患者具体情况作出准确判断。治疗时应根据损伤类型(开放性或闭合性)采取针对性的治疗措施,对于筋膜间室综合征、挤压综合征、Morel-Lavallée损伤等严重软组织损伤应有充分的认识并及时给予及时有效地处理。治疗目的在于改善预后,最大限度地恢复患肢的功能。
It is very important to evaluate and deal with the soft tissue injury of lower extremity.If not be treated properly,it may lead to serious complications.In clinical practice,the patients with lower limb soft tissue injury should be evaluated comprehensively,and then the local injury should be further judged.The mechanism and clinical manifestations of lower limb soft tissue injury are diverse,so it is necessary to make accurate judgment according to the specific situation of patients.According to the injury is open or closed,corresponding treatment measures should be taken.For severe soft tissue injury such as osteofascial compartment syndrome,crush syndrome,Morel Lavallée injury and other serious soft tissue injuries,we should fully understand and deal with them timely and effectively.The purpose of treatment is to improve the prognosis and improve the recovery of limb function.
