摘要
目的:探究皮瓣移植联合负压封闭引流对足部软组织缺损患者皮瓣成活率的影响。方法:选取2019年1月至2021年12月我院收治的64例足部软组织缺损患者作为研究对象。所有患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各32例。对照组采取常规皮瓣移植修复治疗,观察组采取皮瓣移植联合负压封闭引流。观察比较两组患者治疗疗效、皮瓣成活率、患肢功能、创面恢复情况(换药次数、愈合时间、创面恢复程度)及并发症发生率。结果:观察组皮瓣存活率比对照组高(P<0.05);随访半年后,观察组患者感觉功能恢复情况占比、创面恢复程度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),换药次数和并发症发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:皮瓣移植联合负压封闭引流应用于足部软组织缺损患者可有效修复足部软组织缺损,促进创面愈合,有效提高皮瓣成活率,具有较好的临床应用价值。
Objective:To explore the effects of skin flap transplantation combined with vacuum sealing drainage on the survival rate of skin flap in patients with foot soft tissue defects.Methods:64 patients with soft tissue defects of the foot who were treated in the hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 32 cases in both group.The control group was treated with conventional skin flap transplantation and repair,while the observation group adopted skin flap transplantation combined with vacuum sealing drainage.The treatment efficacy,skin flap survival rate,affected limb function,wound recovery(the number of dressing changes,healing time,wound recovery degree)and incidence rates of complications were observed and compared between the two groups of patients.Results:The survival rate of skin flap in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After six months of follow-up,the proportion of sensory function recovery improvement and degree of wound recovery were significantly higher in observation group than those in control group(P<0.05),and the number of dressing changes and incidence rates of complications were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Skin flap transplantation combined with vacuum sealing drainage in patients with foot soft tissue defects can effectively repair foot soft tissue defects,promote wound healing,and effectively improve survival rate of skin flap.In addition,it has good clinical application value.
