摘要
目的探讨关节镜与胫骨高位截骨治疗膝内翻骨关节炎的效果。方法选择2016年6月—2019年6月医院收治的51例膝内翻骨关节炎患者作为研究对象。本组患者均行关节镜与胫骨高位截骨联合治疗。观察本组患者的手术结果,并对比术前与术后6个月时美国特种外科医院膝关节评分(hospital for special surgery,HSS)、疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)、胫骨近端外侧解剖角(anatomical lateral patella tendon angle,aLPTA)与股骨胫骨角(femorotibial angle,FTA)的变化。结果本组患者手术均成功完成,切口Ⅰ期愈合,未见术中感染、骨折、腓总神经损伤、筋膜间室综合征等并发症。本组患者术后6个月时HSS评分高于术前(P<0.01),VAS评分、aLPTA与FTA结果低于术前(P<0.01)。结论关节镜与胫骨高位截骨治疗膝内翻骨关节炎疗效可靠。
Objective To investigate the effect of arthroscopy and high tibial osteotomy on osteoarthritis of genu varus.Methods 51 patients with osteoarthritis of genu varus admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to June 2019 were selected as research objects.All patients were treated with arthroscopy and high tibial osteotomy.Results All the operations were completed successfully,the incision healed in stage I,and no complications such as intraoperative infection,fracture,injury of common peroneal nerve and compartment syndrome were found.At 6 months after operation,HSS score was higher than that before operation(P<0.01),VAS score,alpta and FTA were lower than that before operation(P<0.01).Conclusion Arthroscopy and high tibial osteotomy are effective in the treatment of osteoarthritis of genu varus.
