摘要
目的研究针对膝关节骨性关节炎采用菱形阻滞结合手法治疗的效果。方法选择南京医科大学第四附属医院从2020年1月至2020年12月诊治的24例膝关节骨性关节炎患者作为本次研究对象,按照治疗方式不同将所有患者均分为两组,对照组选择将手法治疗作为治疗方式,观察组选择采用菱形阻滞结合手法治疗,各组均为12例,比较两组治疗效果。结果①比较两组治疗前后疼痛度评分:两组治疗前疼痛度评分差异小(P>0.05),与对照组治疗后比较,观察组疼痛度评分低,两组患者对比有统计差异(P<0.05)。②比较两组治疗疗效:与对照组比较,观察组治疗疗效高,两组患者对比有统计差异(P<0.05)。③比较两组生活质量评分:两组治疗前比较,生活质量评分差异小(P>0.05),与对照组治疗后比较,观察组生活质量评分高,两组患者对比有统计差异(P<0.05)。结论对膝关节骨性关节炎采用菱形阻滞结合手法治疗,能够减轻患者疼痛度,改善患者关节功能,达到较好的治疗效果。
Objective To study the effect of rhombic block combined with manipulation in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods Twenty-four cases of knee osteoarthritis in the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research object.According to the different treatment methods,all patients were divided into two groups.The control group chose manual treatment as the treatment method,and the observation group chose rhombic block combined with manual treatment,with 12 cases in each group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results①Compare the pain score before and after treatment of the two groups:The difference of pain score before treatment of the two groups was small(P>0.05),compared with the control group after treatment,the pain score of the observation group was low,there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).②The curative effect of the two groups was compared:Compared with the control group,the curative effect of the observation group was higher,and there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).③The quality of life score of the two groups was compared:Before treatment,the difference of quality of life score between the two groups was small(P>0.05),compared with the control group after treatment,the quality of life score of the observation group was high,there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Rhombic block combined with manipulation can reduce pain,improve joint function and achieve good therapeutic effect.
