摘要
目的预测透骨消痛颗粒对膝骨性关节炎骨内高压的影响。方法采用主成分分析、描述符计算等计算机方法来研究透骨消痛颗粒中分子和与血液循环系统相关药物分子/类药分子的化学空间。结果透骨消痛颗粒中分子有良好的多样性,具有类药性质,存在与血液循环系统作用的分子。结论透骨消痛颗粒可通过改善血液循环来达到防治膝骨性关节炎骨内高压。
Objective To predict the effects of Tougu Xiaotong Granule (TGXTG) on intraosseous hypertension of knee osteoarthritis. Methods The chemical spaces of the effective components of TGXTG and drug components or drugike components about blood circulatory system were observed with principal component analysis and descriptions computation. Results The effective components of TGXTG had good diversity, drug-like property, and could react with blood circulatory system. Conclusion TGXTG has good effects on preventing and treating intraosseous hypertension of knee osteoarthritis by improving blood circulation.
