摘要
目的:寻找中药对Perthes病及各种骨性关节炎的预防方法并研究其机理。方法;将22只家兔随机分为实验组和对照组,制作骨内高压动物模型,分别肌肉注射丹参注射液(每日2ml/只)和生理盐水(每日2ml/只),然后测骨内压(统计学处理按配对计量资料比较的t检验)并制作扫描电镜标本观察。结果:实验组双侧骨内压比较无差异(0.10>P>0.05),其固定侧骨髓腔超微结构近似正常;对照组固定侧骨内压明显高于正常侧(P<0.001),其固定侧骨髓腔超微结构明显处于病理状态。结论:丹参能预防产生骨内高压。其机理为预防了骨髓腔超微结构发生病理改变。
Objective: To find the mechanism of Chinese medicine in preventing Perthes disease and all kinds of arthriti. Methods: Twenty-two rabbits were equally divided into experimental group and control group at random. The former was injected intramuscularly with 2ml of salvia miltiorrhiza (SM)injection once a day and the latter was same with 2ml of normal saline for making the model of intraosseous hypertension (IOH). Then the intraosseous pressure (IOP) of bilateral proximal tibia was measured at the same time and the bones of the immobilized proximal tibia were taken off for study with scanning electron microscope. The results of lOP were statistically analyzed with t test. Results: The IOP mean value of both sides in experimental group had little difference (0.10>P>0.05) and the IOP mean value of the immobilized side was significantly highter than that of the none immobilized side in control group (P<0.001). The ultrastructure of the spongiosa cavity of immobilized side in experimental group was nearly normal and that in control group was obviously in pathological state. Conclusion: SM can prevent IOH and the mechanism is to prevent pathological change spongiosa cavity.
