摘要
为探讨高等职业教育规模与区域经济的内在联系,基于我国西部12省(市、自治区)2008-2017年的面板数据,在构建评价指标体系的基础上,运用熵值法、综合评价模型、耦合协调度模型和灰色预测模型,对高等职业教育规模和区域经济的耦合协调程度的时序演变进行分析。研究结果表明:西部地区高等职业教育规模系统与区域经济系统的发展水平均呈上升态势,且高等职业教育规模系统的综合评价指数明显高于区域经济系统;两大系统的耦合度较高,但耦合协调度不高,才跨入初级耦合协调水平;省际间跨越等级不同,均未达到优质协调等级。未来五年,西部地区的耦合协调度将稳步提升,各省协调发展演进速度差异明显。因此,需要深化高等职业教育供给侧结构性改革,推进高等职业教育与区域经济适应性战略调整,强化西部地区高等职业教育集群化发展来促进两者协同发展。
To explore the internal connection between the scale of higher vocational education and regional economy, based on the 2008-2017 panel data of the 12 provinces(city) in western China, this paper constructed an evaluation index system, used the entropy evaluation method, a comprehensive evaluation model, a coupling coordination degree model and a gray prediction model to analyze the temporal evolution of the coupling coordination degree between scale of higher vocational education and regional economy. It is showed that the development levels of the scale of higher vocational education and the regional economic systems in western China were all on the rise, the comprehensive evaluation index of the higher vocational education scale system was significantly higher than that of the regional economic system;the coupling degree of two systems was relatively high, while the coupling coordination degree was not high and just entered in primary stage of coupling coordination;the differences lied in inter-provincial crossing degrees, yet they all were below the level of highquality coordination;in the next five years, the coupling coordination degree of the western region will increase steadily, but the evolution speeds of coordinated development will be significantly different among the provinces. Thus, to advance coordinative development of the two factors, it needs to deepen the supply-side structural reform of higher vocational education, carry out the strategic adjustment of the coordination between higher vocational education and regional economy, and strengthen the clustering development of higher vocational education in western China.
