摘要
高等职业教育是经济社会发展的重要支撑,与经济社会具有紧密的互动关系。文章运用熵值法与耦合协调度模型对2006—2018年全国高等职业教育与经济社会发展的耦合关系进行实证研究,并进一步考察东部、中部、西部不同区域的耦合协调水平。研究结果表明,就全国范围而言,耦合协调度从起初的低层次极度失调逐渐转变为高层次良好协调,耦合协调类型从高职教育发展滞后型向发展超前型转变;就区域而言,整体变化趋势与全国相似,耦合协调水平由东部优于中部、西部向中部优于东部、西部转变。为提高高等职业教育与经济社会发展的耦合水平,我国要加快政府职能转变,推进职业教育供给侧改革;推动高等职业教育创新发展,完善高等职业教育体系;加强区域统筹,推动高等职业教育均衡发展。
Higher vocational education is an important support for the development of economy and society,and has a close interactive relationship with economy and society.This paper uses the entropy method and coupling coordination degree model to conduct empirical research on the coupling relationship between national higher vocational education and economic and social development from 2006 to 2018,and further investigates the coupling coordination level in the eastern,central and western regions.The research shows that,nationally,the coupling coordination degree gradually changed from the initial extreme maladjustment to good coordination,and the coupling coordination type changed from the lag type to the leading type of higher vocational education;regionally,the overall change trend was similar to that of the whole country,and the coupling coordination level was turning from the superior eastern regions to the superior central regions.In order to improve the coupling level between higher vocational education and economic and social development,China should accelerate the transformation of government functions,and promote the supply-side reform of vocational education;promote the innovative development of higher vocational education,and improve the system of higher vocational education;strengthen regional coordination to promote the balanced development of higher vocational education.
