摘要
目的探究案例微课引导下的翻转课堂应用于血管外科教学中的价值。方法选取本院2018年6月—2019年8月86例在血管外科实习的学生为实验对象,依据不同的教学方法,将学生分为观察组及对照组,每组学生各43例,其中对照组采用传统教学法,观察组采用在案例微课引导下的翻转课堂教学方法。观察学生的考试成绩、教学评价及其综合能力评价。结果观察组学生的理论知识、病例分析及临床技能成绩、操作能力、沟通能力、服务态度、团队意识、主动意识、适应能力评分显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学生的适应教学率(74.42%)、学习环境优良率(79.07%)、自学能力(88.37%)、实践能力(81.40%)及总体效果(93.02%)均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论案例微课引导下的翻转课堂在血管外科中具有较高的教学价值,可显著提高学生的考试成绩、提升其综合能力,学员对该教学评价良好,易于接受。
Objective To explore the value of case-oriented flipping classroom in vascular surgery teaching.Methods select 86 students who practiced in vascular surgery in our hospital from j une 2018 to august 2019 as the experimental object,according to different teaching methods,the students were divided into observation group and control group,43 students in each group,among them,the control group adopted the traditional teaching method,and the observation group adopted the flipped classroom teaching method guided by the case microcourse.Observe students’test scores,teaching evaluation and comprehensive ability evaluation.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge,case analysis and clinical skills,operational ability,communication ability,service attitude,team consciousness,initiative consciousness and adaptability of the students in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).the adaptation teaching rate(74.42%),learning environment excellent and good rate(79.07%),self-study ability(88.37%),practical ability(81.40%)and overall effect(93.02%)of the students in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The caseoriented flipping classroom has high teaching value in vascular surgery,which can significantly improve the students’test results and improve their comprehensive ability,and the students have a good evaluation of the teaching and are easy to accept.
