基于翻转课堂的药物分析实验混合式教学实践 被引量:11

摘要 药物分析实验课程对于培养药学类专业学生的实践及创新能力,提高综合素质具有重要作用。该文分析了传统药物分析实验教学中的问题,提出了基于翻转课堂的混合式教学模式改革的思路;以银量法测定苯巴比妥原料药的含量这一实验为例介绍了具体的教学设计与实施以及教学效果,并进行了教学反思。实践表明,开展翻转课堂混合式教学可以有效地激发学生的学习兴趣和积极性,培养学生的探究、发现及解决问题能力;同时也要求教师建立以生为本的理念,并不断提升教学能力。 For pharmaceutical undergraduate students,the course of pharmaceutical analysis experiment plays an important role in improving innovation,practice ability,and comprehensive quality.This article analyzed the problems in the traditional teaching mode for pharmaceutical analysis experiment,and put forward a mixed teaching mode based on flipped class.In addition,the experiment of“content determination of phenobarbital by argentometric method”was used as an example to introduce the specific teaching design,implementation and results.The study suggested that the mixed teaching mode based on flipped class could effectively motivate students and cultivate their ability to discover,analyze and solve problems.Meanwhile,teachers were required to be student-oriented and con-tinuously improve their teaching.
