摘要
工程项目总价承包合同和单价承包合同是最常见的合同模式,采用单价合同是铁路建设项目发展的趋势,本文从建设单位和施工单位的不同视角出发,分析不同合同模式的优劣势,提出了铁路项目单价合同管理的建议,为项目管理者提供一定的借鉴。
Total price contract and unit price contract are the most common contract patterns. The adoption of unit price contract will be the development trend of railway construction projects. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different contract patterns from various perspectives of construction unit and construction unit. This paper puts forward some suggestions on the unit price contract management of railway projects,which can be used for reference.
