摘要
随着铁路建设的快速发展,及工程量清单计价的全面实施,如何在建设工程中做好承发包合同的管理工作,此文根据铁路建设工程量清单计价的现状,通过分析,论述在铁路工程工程量清单计价模式下应采用的承发包合同形式,及在工程量清单计价模式下采用单价合同的管理程序。加强对合同订立、合同执行中的控制,做好有效地风险防范,保证铁路建设工程的顺利实施。
With the rapid development of railway construction and the full implementation of valuation of the bill of quantities, how to do contracting contract management work well in the construction project needs to be researched. According to the situation of valuation of the bill of quantities in railway construction, through the analysis, the contracting contract form should be used and management program of the unit price contract are discussed. Strengthening the control of contract signing and execution and doing a good job in risk prevention effectively can guarantee the smooth implementation of railway construction project.
