摘要
做好市政工程前期投资的有效控制有利于降低工程建设成本投入。要想实现这一目标,相关人员需要正视前期投资控制中存在的问题,尤其是前期设计环节有承上启下的作用,相关人员不仅需要应对好前期投资的其他问题,更需要加强对前期投资设计的重视。文章重点探讨了市政工程前期投资控制中出现的主要问题,如市政工程项目审批不合理、相关人员综合素质较低等,并结合现实情况,提出有效的应对措施,以期为实际工作的开展提供参考。
Effective control of early stage investment in municipal engineering is conducive to reducing construction cost investment. In order to achieve this goal, the relevant personnel need to face up to the problems existing in the early stage investment control. Especially, the early stage design link is a connecting link between the preceding and the following work. The relevant personnel not only need to do a good job in dealing with other problems in the early stage investment, but also need to pay more attention to the early stage investment design. This paper focuses on the main problems in the early stage investment control of municipal engineering, such as unreasonable approval of municipal engineering projects, low comprehensive quality of relevant personnel and so on. Combined with the actual situation, effective countermeasures are put forward to provide references for the development of actual work.
