摘要
水电工程建设周期长、投资大。在建设过程中,为了更加科学有效地做好水电工程建设造价管理工作,根据项目的自身特点及工程建设的不同阶段,以典型案例分析了影响工程造价的因素,结合工程实践,对项目业主单位在彭水水电站工程合同管理及造价控制方面所做的工作和取得的成功经验进行了介绍,提出了严格执行招投标制度,编制执行概算,做好项目投资事前预测,优化设计,降低工程投资,以及项目投资事后分析等造价控制手段。为类似工程的造价管理提供了可借鉴的经验。
Hydropower project development is characterized by long construction period, large investment. In the construction, in order to scientifically and effectively manage construction cost, according to project's characteristics and construction stages, this paper analyzes the influential factors of cost by typical case, and in the combination of engineering practice, the successful experience in the contract management and cost control are introduced. The cost control measures of strictly implementing bidding system, editing implement budget, prediction of works investment, optimizing design, reducing works investment and post - anal- ysis for investment etc. are put forward. The experience can give a reference for cost management of similar project.
