不同强度电针刺激上巨虚穴脑功能磁共振成像的比较 被引量:6

Comparision of Brain Effects with Different Intensities of Electroacupuncture at Shangjuxu (ST37) Shown by fMRI

摘要 目的利用fMRI脑功能成像,比较不同强度电针刺激后脑功能磁共振成像的异同。方法 12名健康志愿者分别接受不同强度电针刺激上巨虚的fMRI实验,采用block模式扫描,并记录电针时的针感。采用配对样本t检验分析针感和磁共振数据。结果不同强度电针的针感比较,跳动感有显著差异,酸、麻、胀、重、疼痛感无显著差异。低强度电针激活左侧岛叶和右侧中央前回,高强度电针激活双侧颞叶,右侧岛叶,右侧顶下小叶,负激活了双侧内侧前额叶皮层,右侧中央前回,左侧中央后回,左侧顶叶,右侧颞下回。结论不同强度电针刺激导致的脑功能活动不完全相同,高强度电针刺激比低强度电针刺激影响的脑区更为广泛。 Objective To compare the effects of electroacupuncture(EA) with different intensities on brain functional using fMRI brain functional imaging. Methods 12 healthy volunteers received the fMRI scans of different intensities of EA at ST37 respectively, the block-designed scans were used in the experiment, and the sensations were recorded during the EA. The sensations and fMRI data were used to paired t-test.Results Compared with the different intensities of EA group, there were significant differences in throbbing feelings, there were no significant differences in acid, numbness, fullness, heaviness and pain feelings. Low intensities EA stimulation(LIS) activated the left insula and negatively activated right anterior central gyrus, while high intensities EA stimulation(HIS) activated the bilateral temporal lobe, right insula and right subparietal lobule, negatively activated the bilateral medial prefrontal cortex, right anterior central gyrus, left posterior central gyrus, left parietal lobe and right inferior temporal gyrus.Conclusion Different intensity EA stimulation led to different brain functional activities, and HIS affected more extensive brain areas than LIS.
