摘要
公安专业的学生毕业后大部分会进入基层成为一线民警,他们对相关法律知识的理解和掌握,对实践中的法律运用和工作的开展起关键作用。具备良好的法律素养也是公安实践对公安专业学生提出的要求。培养公安专业学生的法律素养,需要在各门课程的教学中传授法律知识,帮助学生养成法律思维。“治安学”课程作为一门重要的公安专业课,与公安实践密切相关,仅仅依靠老师传授知识存在局限性。要在“治安学”课程中培养学生的法律素养,依靠院局合作的平台是一条可行的道路。该文从目前“治安学”课程的教学现状入手,结合实践中对公安民警法律素质的要求,以院局合作为视角,分析如何在“治安学”课程中提升公安专业学生的法律素养。
After graduation,most public security majors will become front-line police officers at the grassroots level.Their understanding and mastery of relevant legal knowledge play a key role in the application of law and the implementation of work in practice.Good legal quality is also a requirement of public security practice for public security majors.Cultivating the legal quality of public security majors requires imparting legal knowledge in the teaching of various courses to help students develop legal thinking.As an important professional course,the course of"Science of Public Security"is closely related to public security practice.Relying merely on teachers to impart knowledge has some deficiencies.To cultivate students'legal quality in the course of"Science of Public Security",it is a feasible way to use the platform of academy-bureau cooperation.Starting with the current teaching status of the course,combined with the requirements for the legal quality of police officers in practice,this paper intends to analyze how to improve the legal quality of public security majors in the course of"Science of Public Security"from the perspective of academy-bureau cooperation.
