摘要
目的对循证护理教学法应用于神经内科护理教学过程中的临床效果展开分析。方法就该院2018年1月—2019年9月收录的110名临床实习护生展开研究,根据其带教方法的不同分组,其中实施传统教学的55名划入对照组,实施循证护理教学的55名研究组划入研究组。从两组护生最终的DOPS评分以及对教学方法的满意程度展开分析,观察两种教学方法的应用效果。结果从DOPS评估结果观察,在收入科室之前,两组护生的DOPS评分均无任何较大的差异,而在收入科室并实施教学后研究组中护生的操作步骤以及总体评估得分均高于对照组;此外护生对教学方法的认可度观察,研究组评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理教学法应用于神经内科护理教学过程中能够有效提高最终的教学质量,对护生的综合成绩的提升有较大的助益。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of evidence-based nursing teaching method in the teaching of neurology nursing.Methods A study was conducted on 110 clinical internship nursing students enrolled in the hospital from January 2018 to September 2019.According to different teaching methods,there were 55 groups of traditional teaching who were included in the control group and evidence-based nursing teaching.Of the 55 study groups assigned to the study group.Analyze the final DOPS scores of two groups of nursing students and their satisfaction with the teaching methods to observe the application effect of the two teaching methods.Results Observed from the DOPS evaluation results,before admission to the department,there were no major differences in the DOPS scores of the two groups of nursing students.However,the operating procedures and overall assessment scores of the nursing students in the study group after the admission to the department were higher than control group;In addition,from the observation of the recognition of teaching methods by nursing students,the score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing teaching method in the nursing teaching of neurology can effectively improve the final teaching quality,and it will be of great help to improve the comprehensive performance of nursing students.
