摘要
目的分析体验式教学法在神经内科护理实习教学中的应用价值,探寻高质量教学方法。方法本院于2021年在神经内科护理实习教学中运用体验式教学法,将2020—2021年作为教学前(选择59例实习生进行研究,采取传统教学法),将2021—2022年作为教学后(选择58例实习生进行研究,采取体验式教学法),评价不同时期的实习生满意度、教学成绩、综合能力、教学质量。结果教学后,实习生满意度显著高于教学前(P<0.05);教学后,实习生理论知识成绩、临床实践成绩均高于教学前(P<0.05);教学后,实习生各项综合能力评分均高于教学前(P<0.05)。结论在神经内科护理实习教学中运用体验式教学法的价值显著,可促进教学成绩与教学满意度提升,有利于培养综合能力较强的护理人才。
Objective To analyze application value of experiential teaching method in nursing internship teaching in internal neurology department and explore high-quality teaching methods.Methods The experiential teaching method was carried out in nursing internship teaching in internal neurology department of our hospital in 2021.2020—2021 was treated as the pre teaching period(59 interns for study),treated with traditional teaching method,and 2021—2022 was treated as the post teaching period(58 interns for study),treated with experiential teaching method.Satisfaction degree,teaching performance,comprehensive ability,and teaching quality of interns were evaluated in different periods.Results Satisfaction degree of interns after teaching was significantly higher than before,with value difference(P<0.05).The theoretical knowledge and clinical practice scores after teaching were higher than before,with value difference(P<0.05).The comprehensive ability scores after teaching were higher than before,with value difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Experiential teaching method can achieve significant value in nursing internship teaching of internal neurology department,can improve teaching performance and satisfaction degree,which is conducive to cultivating nursing talents with strong comprehensive abilities.
