饲料中添加不同水平的沙棘多糖对蒙古马运动性能及糖代谢的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为研究不同水平的沙棘多糖对马运动性能及糖代谢的影响,试验选择年龄2岁、体重、运动成绩相近的蒙古马36匹随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复3匹,1组为对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验2、3、4组分别在基础日粮中添加5.0%、10.0%、15.0%的沙棘多糖,试验期28 d。结果表明:(1)试验2、3、4组的平均速度均高于1组(P>0.05),试验2、3、4组赛后0 min体温和心率均低于1组(P>0.05),试验3、4组赛后5 min呼吸频率、赛后20 min心率较1组比分别降低23.1%、17.0%、32.5%、32.0%(P<0.05);(2)试验2、3、4组血清中的5-羟色胺(5-HT)、游离脂肪酸(NEFA)、乳酸(LA)含量均低于1组(P>0.05),试验3、4组血清中氨态氮(NH3-N)的含量较1组分别降低7.3%、8.4%(P<0.05),试验3、4组血清中葡萄糖(GLU)的含量较1组分别提高9.1%、7.8%(P<0.05)。结论,日粮中添加不同水平的沙棘多糖可以提高蒙古马的运动性能、缓解运动后疲劳,以10%添加为宜。 In order to study the effects of different levels of Hippophae rhamnoides polysaccharides on horse performance and sugar metabolism,36 Mongolian horses with similar age,weight and performance were randomly divided into four groups.Each group had three replicates,three horses for each replicate.The control group was fed with the basic diet.The experimental groups 2,3 and 4 were fed with 5.0%,10.0%and 15.0%Hippophae rhamnoides polysaccharides in the basic diet respectively.The experimental period was 28 days.The results showed that:(1)The average speed of groups 2,3 and 4 was higher than that of group 1(P>0.05).The body temperature and heart rate at 0 min of groups 2,3 and 4 were lower than that of group 1(P>0.05).The respiratory rate at 5 min and heart rate at 20 min of groups 3 and 4 were 23.1%,17.0%,32.5%and 32.0%lower than that of group 1(P<0.05).(2)The serum levels of 5-hydroxytry ptamine(5-HT),freefatty acid(NEFA)and lactic acid(LA)in groups 2,3 and 4 were lower than those in group 1(P>0.05).The serum levels of NH3-N in groups 3 and 4 were 7.3%and 8.4%lower than those in group 1(P<0.05),and the serum levels of glhcose(GLU)in groups 3 and 4 were 9.1%and 7.8%higher than those in group 1(P<0.05).In conclusion that different levels of Hippophae rhamnoides polysaccharides could improve the performance of Mongolian horses and alleviate post-exercise fatigue,and 10%was the appropriate addition.
