摘要
目的 分析白细胞介素-34(IL-34)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、白三烯B4(LTB4)与过敏性紫癜(HSP)患儿病情及临床疗效的关系.方法 选择笔者医院收治的64例HSP患儿,同期选择年龄相匹配的30例健康儿童作为对照组,检测HSP患儿急性期、恢复早期与健康儿童外周血IL-34、IL-17、LTB4水平,比较HSP患儿与健康儿童检测结果,并进一步分析HSP患儿不同时期检测结果及是否出现肾损害.结果 HSP组患儿急性期与恢复早期的IL-34、IL-17、LTB4水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),HSP组患儿恢复早期的IL-34、IL-17、LTB4水平均显著高于治疗前急性期(P<0.05);HSP组出现肾损害的患儿IL-34、IL-17、LTB4水平均显著高于无肾损害的患儿(P<0.05);HSP患儿急性期IL-34水平与IL-17(r=0.453,P<0.05)、LTB4(r=0.265,P<0.05)均成正相关,IL-17水平与LTB4水平也成正相关(r=0.545,P<0.05).结论 IL-34、IL-17、LTB4在过敏性紫癜患儿中水平异常升高,与疾病的发生发展密切相关,且可能参与HSP患儿的继发性肾损害.
Objective To analyze the relationship between interleukin-34(IL-34),interleukin-17(IL-17)and leukotriene B4(LTB4)and disease condition and clinical efficacy of children patients with Henoch-Schonlein purpura(HSP).Methods Sixty-four children patients with HSP admitted to our hospital were selected.Thirty healthy children with matched age were selected as the control group.The levels of IL-34,IL-17 and LTB4 in peripheral blood were detected among HSP children patients in the acute phase,early recovery phase,and healthy children.Test results of different phases of HSP and healthy children were compared,and the detection results of different phases of HSP children patients and whether there was renal damage were further analyzed.Results The levels of IL-34,IL-17 and LTB4 in the acute phase and early recovery phase of child patients in HSP group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),and the levels of IL-34,IL-17 and LTB4 in early recovery phase of children patients in HSP group were significantly higher than those in acute phase before treatment(P<0.05).The levels of IL-34,IL-17 and LTB4 in child patients with renal damage in HSP group were significantly higher than those patients without renal damage(P<0.05).The IL-34 level in acute phase of HSP child patients had a positive correlation with IL-17(r=0.453,P<0.05)and LTB4(r=0.265,P<0.05),and IL17 level was also positively correlated with LTB4 level(r=0.545,P<0.05).Conclusion IL-34,IL-17 and LTB4 are abnormally elevated in child patients with Henoch-Schonlein purpura and are closely related to the occurrence and development of the disease.They may be involved in secondary renal damage after treatment.
