The sports central fatigue is caused by movement first. It is a phenomenon that the central nervous system can't able to generate and maintain sufficient impulse to the muscle of the movement required. However, there are many factors can caused sports central fatigue, such as the insufficient of energy supply, ammonia poisoning, the imbalance of central redox state as well as some changes of the central neurotransmitter. The changes caused by prolonged exercise in neurotransmitter of the central nervous system are seen as the most important mechanisms cause exercise-induced fatigue. That is,the sports fatigue, can be generate when the excitatory and inhibitory of the central not be able to achieve a relatively balanced state. This paper reports a comprehensive analysis of the central mechanisms of exercise-induced fatigue,it focuses on the relationship between the generation of the sports fatigue as well as the influence of the sports ability, and the disorder of central monoamine neurotransmitters and central amino acid neurotransmitters.
