黑果枸杞对运动大鼠睾雄性激素浓度与抗疲劳能力影响的研究 被引量:6

Study on the Effect of Lycium barbarum on Testosterone Concentration and Anti-atigue Ability of Exercise Male Rats

摘要 本研究旨在证明连续摄入黑果枸杞对大鼠睾酮分泌和运动后疲劳恢复能力有改善作用,为黑枸杞的保健功效提供理论支持。本研究利用清洁级雄性大鼠60只为实验动物,分为对照组(C组,n=15)、模型组(S组,n=15)、低剂量黑枸杞组(SLL组,n=15)、高剂量黑果枸杞组(SLH组,n=15)。对大鼠进行10 d的适应性喂养,所有大鼠自由饮水饮食,SLL组灌胃剂量为每只大鼠每天0.5 g/kg黑枸杞,SLH组灌胃剂量为每天每只大鼠3 g/kg黑枸杞。C组和S组灌胃体积为5 mL/kg生理盐水。C组大鼠在笼内自由活动,不做专门运动,S组、SLL组、SLH组进行力竭性游泳运动。运动干预时间为6周,每次游泳运动干预均至力竭。大鼠开始游泳至力竭所用时间为力竭运动能力。所有大鼠进行最后一次运动干预后3 h,经行腹腔取血5 mL。分离出血清,检测血清睾酮、皮质酮、乳酸和乳酸脱氢酶。利用SPSS18.0统计学软件对数据进行统计分析,本研究发现,大鼠体重方面,S组显著小于C组,p<0.05,SLL组和SLH组显著大于S组,p<0.05。力竭时长方面,S与C组没有显著性差异,p>0.05。SLL组和SLH组力竭时长显著多于S组,p<0.05。睾酮水平方面,S组显著低于C组,p<0.05;SLL组SLH组显著高于S组,p<0.05。皮质酮浓度方面,S组与C组不具有显著性差异,p>0.05;SLL组SLH组与S组间不具有显著性差异,p>0.05。本研究认为长期摄入黑枸杞增加长期运动疲劳后雄性大鼠睾酮分泌,同时有利于大鼠抗疲劳能力提升。 This study was aim to demonstrates that continuous ingestion of black berry could improve testosterone secretion and post-exercise fatigue recovery in mice,and provide theoretical support for the health benefits of sable.In this study,60 clean male mice were used as experimental animals,divided into control group(group C,n=15),model group(group S,n=15),low-dose black sputum group(SLL group,n=15),high-dose black fruit group(SLH group,n=15),The mice were fed for 10 days.All mice were given free drinking water and food.The SLL group was given a daily dose of 0.5 g/kg sputum per mouse,and the SLH group was given a daily dose of 3 g/kg black cockroach per day of each mouse.The intragastric volume of group C and group S was 5 mL/kg saline.Group C mice were free to move in cages without special exercise.Exhaustive swimming was performed in group S,SLL group,and SLH group.The exercise intervention time was 6 weeks,and each swimming intervention was exhausted.The time it takes for a mouse to start swimming to exhaustion is exhaustive exercise.All mice were given 5 mL of blood in the abdominal cavity 3 h after the last exercise intervention.Serum was isolated and tested for serum testosterone,corticosterone,lactate and lactate dehydrogenase.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 18.0 statistical software.The study found that the body weight of the S group was significantly smaller than that of the C group,p<0.05,and the SLL group and the SLH group were significantly larger than the S group,p<0.05.In terms of exhaustion duration,there was no significant difference between S and C groups,p>0.05.The exhaustion duration of the SLL group and the SLH group was significantly more than that of the S group,p<0.05.In terms of testosterone levels,the S group was significantly lower than the C group,p<0.05;the SLL group SLH group was significantly higher than the S group,p<0.05.In terms of corticosterone concentration,there was no significant difference between S group and C group,p>0.05;there was no significant difference betw
