摘要
为了研究鹿茸提取物对四氧嘧啶(ALX)诱导糖尿病小鼠的降糖和抗衰老作用,利用ALX建立了糖尿病小鼠模型,并将鹿茸提取物(RD)分为低(1.6mg/g)、中(3.2mg/g)、高(4.8mg/g)3个剂量组,对建模成功小鼠连续灌胃4周。试验结果与模型对照组相比,鹿茸提取物能极显著地降低ALX糖尿病小鼠血糖水平、丙二醛(MDA)浓度,提高肝(肌)糖元质量分数以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、麦芽糖酶(CAT)的活性,增强机体抗氧化能力。鹿茸提取物能有效地控制糖尿病小鼠血糖水平,提高机体抗衰老能力。
An experiment was conducted to study the anti-hyperglycemic and anti-aging effects of deer antler velvet extract on diabetic mice by establishing a mouse model of diabetes induced by alloxan. The alloxan-induced diabetic mice were randomly divided into three dose groups and fed intragastrically with different doses of deer antler velvet extract (1.6,3.2,or 4.8mg/g) for four weeks. Serum glucose level,contents of MDA,glycogen and SOD,and activities of GSH-PX and CAT were determined. Compared with the model control group,deer antler velvet extract could reduce serum glucose and MDA content significantly,increase the contents of glycogen,SOD,GSH-PX and CAT obviously,and enhance the antioxidant ability of ALX-induced diabetic mice. Deer antler velvet extract can effectively control serum glucose level and improve body’s anti-aging ability.
