摘要
目的:观察赖氨酸对力竭运动后的大鼠保护作用。方法:用液相色谱研究力竭运动后大鼠血清中赖氨酸(lysine)对丙二醛(MDA)的清除。结果:剧烈运动后大鼠血清中赖氨酸和MDA的浓度显著升高;同时赖氨酸可以显著降低血清中MDA的浓度。结论:剧烈运动前后适时适量饮用赖氨酸能抵抗氧应激代谢产物的生物毒性作用,保护机体免受伤害。
Objective To explore the effect of lysine on Rats after taking exhausting exercises.Methods Using the liquid chromatography,we studied the elimination of lysine towards MDA in the mouse blood serum after taking exhausting exercises.Results We discovered,in the mouse blood serum,lysine and MDA remarkably elevates;lysine can remarkably reduce MDA wheanwhile.Conclusion Taking lysine at the right moment and amount can resist the biology toxicity of the metabolic product stirred up by the oxygen,protecting the b...
