摘要
高职院校在服务农村产业革命,助力脱贫攻坚中发挥着举足轻重的作用。以武陵山集中连片贫困地区铜仁职业技术学院为研究对象,收集整理学校近年来在涉农专业建设、涉农技术创新、技术服务培训、校企对接合作、校农结合等方面数据和学校在推动服务地方经济发展上的做法,总结分析学校在西部欠发达地区充分利用优势实现"小财政办大教育、穷财政办美教育"的办学模式,为职业院校助力服务农村产业革命,服务脱贫攻坚聚力赋能提供样板。提出科学谋划,健全服务机制,更新服务理念;扶贫帮技,教科研一体化,提供智力支撑;校农结合,搭建产销平台,助力农户增收;发挥优势,精准角色定位,彰显文军价值的对策建议。
Higher vocational colleges play an important role in serving the rural industrial revolution,and helping poverty alleviation.Taking Tongren Polytechnic College which locates in the contiguous poverty-stricken areas in Wuling Mountain as an example,this article collects the College’s data on construction of agriculture-related majors,innovation in agricultural technology,technical services and training,school-enterprise cooperation and school-agriculture integration,as well as the College’s experience in serving the local economy.The article also summarizes and analyzes the College’s education model with the advantages in the underdeveloped area of western China,which provides an example for other vocational colleges in helping rural industrial revolution and poverty alleviation.Based on the above-mentioned,the suggestions are put forward:making a plan scientifically,improving the service mechanism,updating the service concept;helping the poor with technology,integrating teaching and scientific research as well as providing intellectual support;combining school with agriculture,building a production and marketing platform as well as helping farmers to increase income;as well as giving full play to their advantages,accurately positioning their roles and highlighting the value of culture and military.
