摘要
行业高校是行业发展的人才基地和动力源头,是行业现代化和行业强国的重要引擎,是行业现代化建设的重要力量。农业资源贫乏的荷兰成为世界农业强国,其农业现代化成就离不开以农科为基础和优势的瓦赫宁根大学支撑。瓦赫宁根大学缘农而兴,重视行业特色专业与社会需求的对接,注重课程设置对产教融合效果的提升,强化科研创新对行业产业的引领,突出行业专门人才对行业现代化的带动,加强教育国际化对行业竞争力的增进,较好实现了高校与产业“双赢”发展。借鉴瓦赫宁根大学产教融合双赢发展经验,我国行业高校应面向行业办学,致力产教互动,在促进行业现代化中建设世界一流学科和世界一流大学。
Industry universities are the talent base and source of power for industry development, an essential engine for industry modernization and industry power, and a vital force for industry modernization.The Netherlands, which is poor in agricultural resources, has become a world agricultural power.Its agricultural modernization achievements cannot be separated from the support of Wageningen University, which is dominated by and superior in agriculture.Wageningen University is prosperous in agriculture, pays attention to the docking of industry-specific majors with social needs, pays attention to the improvement of the effect of the industry-education integration by the curriculum, strengthens the guidance of scientific research and innovation in the industry, highlights the promotion of industry modernization by industry professionals, and strengthens the internationalization of education to enhance the competitiveness of the industry.Thus, it better realizes the “win-win” development of universities and the industry.Drawing on Wageningen University′s experience in developing industry-education integration and win-win development, industry universities in our country should run a school in an industry-oriented way, devote themselves to the interaction of industry and education, and build world-class disciplines and universities on the construction of promoting industry modernization.
