摘要
乡村振兴背景下,高职院校与乡村发展深度融合向纵深发展,有助于为乡村振兴战略增效赋能,传承优秀传统文化,激发农村内生动力,乃破解“三农”问题之良策。为开创乡村振兴新局面,高职院校服务乡村发展要聚焦技术帮扶,助力乡村产业振兴;聚焦学科优势,夯实乡村生态振兴;聚焦培养培训,赋能乡村人才振兴;聚焦文化浸润,引领乡村文化振兴。职业教育面向乡村发展,需要转换帮扶思路及逻辑,从把握大政方针政策,形成联动机制;发挥自身独特优势,抓住机遇顺势而为;着眼长远发展规划,绘就发展最大同心圆等方面精准对接乡村“五个振兴”,为全面推进乡村振兴提供智力、科技、人才、文化等支撑,谱写新时代乡村振兴新篇章。
Under the background of rural revitalization,the deep integration of vocational colleges and rural development can help to enhance the effectiveness of rural revitalization strategies,inherit excellent traditional culture,and stimulate the internal driving force of the poor.It is the function of vocational colleges and a good strategy to solve the "agriculture,rural areas,and farmers" issues.In order to create a new situation of rural revitalization,this paper explores the path of vocational colleges serving rural development in the perspective of rural revitalization,including focusing on technological assistance to promote rural industrial revitalization,consolidating vocational advantages to promote rural ecological revitalization,focusing on talent cultivation and training to empower rural talent revitalization,and focusing on cultural infiltration to lead rural cultural revitalization.At the same time,vocational education should accurately link with the "five revitalizations" of the rural areas,first,by changing the assistance logic and forming a linkage mechanism from grasping major policies;second,by leveraging its unique advantages and seizing opportunities;and third,by focusing on long-term development planning and drawing the largest concentric circle of development to provide support for the comprehensive revitalization of the rural areas in terms of intelligence,technology,talent,and culture,and to compose a new chapter of rural revitalization in the new era.
