摘要
“粮油加工工艺与设备”是粮食工程专业的核心课程之一,在分析教学中存在问题的基础上,提出针对性的课程改革对策,帮助学生切实掌握粮油加工基础理论,熟悉主要加工装备的技术原理,全面提升“粮油加工工艺与设备”的课程教学质量。
Grain and Oil Processing Technology and Equipment is one of the core professional course in grain technology.On the basis of analyzing the problems existing in the Grain and Oil Processing Technology and Equipment teaching,the purpose of this article was to give relevant solutions upon curriculum reform,to help students grasp the basic theory of this course,know the technical principles of main processing equipment,which contributed to promote the teaching quality of Grain and Oil Processing Technology and Equipment overall.
