摘要
胃癌是全球高发恶性肿瘤之一,发病早期易误诊和漏诊,故早期的精准诊疗是提高胃癌生存率的关键。近年来,国内外科学家与医师们利用多组学检测与分析技术,探究早期胃癌病变相关的新的分子标志物,通过一个或一组靶标反映胃癌的癌变程度、状态和分子调控机制,以期提高早期胃癌的检出率与治疗的有效性,并寻求对胃癌诊断与鉴别诊断、新药研发以及预后干预的最佳方法。因此,对胃癌相关分子标志物的研究已成为肿瘤领域的关注热点。
Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the world,which is often misdiagnosed or missed diagnosed in the early stage,therefore,early accurate diagnosis and treatment is still the bottleneck to improve the survival rate.In recent years,many scientists and doctors both in and out of China used high-throughput techniques of multi-omics to detect new molecular markers of early gastric lesions,to explore the cancerous degrees and the states,and molecular regulatory mechanism of gastric cancer with one or one group target markers,in order to enhance the effectiveness of the detection and treatment of early gastric cancer,and to seek the best methods for the diagnosis,ifferential diagnosis,new drug development and prognosis intervention of gastric cancer.Therefore,the value of molecular biomarkers has become a focus in the field of gastric cancer research.
