摘要
从"环境-科研效能感"关系出发构建了高校青年科技人才创新驱动机制,认为目前我国高校青年科技人才创新能力提升的主要制约因素是"高校行政化下的被动式与依附式科研"、"以结果论英雄的过程支持缺乏"、"学术期刊引导性缺位"、"人才分配评价体系不健全",围绕这些因素提出针对性青年人才创新能力提升策略。
Starting from the relationship of environmental research efficacy, this paper constructs a driving mechanism for innovation of young scientific and technological talents in universities, it is considered that the main restrictive factors for the improvement of the innovative ability of young scientific and technological talents in universities in China are the passive and dependent scientific research under the administration of universities, the lack of process support of heroes based on results, the lack of leading position in academic journals, and the unsound evaluation system of talent allocation Around these factors put forward targeted youth talent training strategy.
