摘要
本文以马斯洛需求层次理论为基础,分析青年科技人才职业发展需求及制约因素,并从管理实操角度提出青年科技人才培养对策建议:鼓励支持高校和科研机构去编制化管理并试行长聘制、建立健全支持青年科技人才发展的项目资助机制、支持青年科技人才积极开展科技合作与交流、建立健全青年科技人才科学合理评价机制、出台青年科技人才相关发展规划等。
Based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,this paper analyzes young scientific and technological talents career development needs and constraints,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the training of young scientific and technological talents from the perspective of management practice:encourage and support scientific research institutions and universities to cancel mechanism of officially budgeted posts and experiment on tenure-track;establish and improve the special project for the development of young scientific and technological talents;support young scientific and technological talents to actively carry out scientific and technological cooperation and exchange;establish and improve a scientific and reasonable evaluation mechanism;introduce relevant development plans for young scientific and technological talents,etc.
