摘要
从高校青年教师提高科研创新能力对提高教育教学水平的促进作用出发,分析了青年教师提高科研创新能力的必要性,总结了青年教师从事科学研究活动遇到的主要问题,给出了提高青年教师科研创新能力的途径和对策。
This paper is structured from the effect of young teachers＇ research and innovtion ability on the improvement of education level in universities. The necessity to improve the young teachers＇s research and innovation ability is analyzed, and young teachers＇ main trouble during the research activities is also raised and analyzed. In conclusiton,the method of how to improve the young teachers＇ research and innovation ability is put forward and proved.
