标准菌株是食品微生物检测领域的标准参照物,它贯穿于微生物检测的各个环节。鉴于标准菌株在微生物检测中具有如此重要的应用,应用时必须要注重溯源性,以确保标准菌株的稳定和有效,从而确保检测质量,乃至食品的安全性。本文就标准菌株的应用和溯源性进行了一些简单的探讨。
The standard strain is a standard reference in the field of food microbial testing, which runs through all aspects of microbial testing.
